You change widget settings, messengers and team from the dashboard. The code on your site stays as it is.
- The allowed domain comes from the address you register. You list nothing by hand.
- The widget is about 40 KB (gzipped) and makes no requests to third-party services.
- The widget lives in a Shadow DOM, so your site's CSS does not leak into it.

One line, before the closing body tag. The chat bubble shows up at once.
Connect a messenger bot
Paste the bot token in the dashboard, send the one-time code to the bot, and answer from there.
The messenger you already use
A customer's message arrives in your private chat with the bot. Reply to it and the answer shows on your site. Only the chat you linked may answer.
Bale
Get a bot token from Bale's @botfather and paste it in the dashboard.
Telegram
A bot token from @BotFather. Telegram needs the server to have unfiltered international access.
Through Meta's official Cloud API and a business number. Free-form replies work only for 24 hours after you last wrote to that number.
Every conversation also stays in the dashboard. The messenger is one more way to answer, not a replacement for it.

FAQ
Do I need to be a developer to install it?
No. You paste one line into your site template. On WordPress or similar, put it where you add custom code such as analytics.
What if someone else gets my site key?
The widget works only on the registered site's domain. You can regenerate the key in the dashboard at any time, and the old one stops working.
Will the widget slow my site down?
It loads asynchronously, is about 40 KB, and only talks to the GlobaChat server.
Can I change how the widget looks?
Yes: colour, bubble position, greeting and language are set in the dashboard, with no code change.
